Be the Light.
In 2017 I was diagnosed and recovered from life-threatening Sepsis. For a few days my breath and spirit left, but my body and my unconscious fought and won. This was the year I lived. Throughout it all I have learned about my own power and resilience and the selflessness of others; I have re-affirmed my commitment to and love for Life.
We manifest our own stories. What do you want for yourself and for others? Whatever it is, you can absolutely make it be.
I designed this website to inform, uplift and inspire others. I hope to shine understanding on what it means to be vulnerable, humble — ultimately empowered and strong.
